Assignment: Reflecting on Values

My infographic goes through my five core values: compassion, integrity, learning, environment, and security. Each value has a short description about why those are my values. Additionally, each section has other values that arise from my core values. The last part of my infographic describes the effect of compensation on my values. The key idea is that no matter what the compensation is,I am guided by my values.

I'm Milena Nutrobkina, a Senior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Studying Chemical Engineering. I'm also pursuing the Leadership Certificate (LCP). The LCP encouraged me to create my own definition of leadership, guided me through various skill building workshops and i-Programs, connected me with a mentor and a group of other students who are also pursuing the LCP, and enabled me to become my most confident and authentic self.
